100% धनवापसी गारंटी (गैर-आवंटन पर) / 100% Refund on Non-Allocation
यदि आवेदक को योजना के तहत किसी भी कारण से औद्योगिक भूखंड (Industrial Plot) आवंटित नहीं होता है, तो आवेदक द्वारा जमा की गई संपूर्ण पंजीकरण राशि ₹41,000/- बिना किसी कटौती के 100% वापस की जाएगी।
In the event an applicant is not allocated an industrial plot, 100% of the initial registration token (₹41,000/-) will be refunded with zero administrative deductions.
बैंक खाते में सीधा अंतरण / Direct Electronic Bank Transfer
धनवापसी राशि आवेदक द्वारा आवेदन पत्र में दिए गए बैंक खाता संख्या एवं IFSC कोड में सीधे NEFT/RTGS अथवा ऑनलाइन पेमेंट गेटवे रिवर्सल के माध्यम से अंतरित की जाती है।
Refunds are processed electronically via direct NEFT/RTGS to the verified applicant bank account or via original payment gateway reversal.
धनवापसी समयावधि / Processing Timeline
आवंटन परिणाम घोषित होने एवं गैर-आवंटित सूची प्रकाशित होने के 7 से 14 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर धनवापसी प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर दी जाती है।
Refund processing is initiated within 7 to 14 business days following the formal announcement of unit allocations.
आवेदक द्वारा रद्दीकरण / Voluntary Cancellation by Applicant
आवंटन की तिथि से पूर्व यदि कोई आवेदक स्वेच्छा से अपना आवेदन वापस लेना चाहता है, तो वह अपने रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल एवं Application Number के साथ लिखित अनुरोध प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। सत्यापन उपरांत प्रक्रियानुसार रिफंड किया जाएगा।
Applicants wishing to withdraw before allotment may submit a formal cancellation request quoting their Application Number for processing.
डुप्लीकेट अथवा असफल भुगतान / Duplicate or Failed Payments
नेटवर्क समस्या के कारण यदि खाते से राशि कट जाने के बाद भी पोर्टल पर भुगतान असफल दिखाई देता है अथवा एक से अधिक बार भुगतान हो जाता है, तो बैंक मिलान के पश्चात अतिरिक्त राशि स्वतः वापस कर दी जाती है।
Any duplicate deductions or unlinked transactions will be verified against banking gateway settlement logs and refunded automatically.
