कृपया हरियाणा इंडस्ट्रियल प्लॉट्स योजना के तहत आवेदन करने से पहले निम्नलिखित नियम एवं शर्तों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें।
Please read the following terms and conditions governing industrial plot allocations under Haryana Industrial Plots Yojna at Vedya Industrial Park, Panipat.
सामान्य प्रावधान / General Provisions
यह डिजिटल पोर्टल हरियाणा इंडस्ट्रियल प्लॉट्स योजना के अंतर्गत वेद्या इंडस्ट्रियल पार्क (पानीपत, हरियाणा) में RERA पंजीकृत (HRERA-PKL-PNP-719-2025) औद्योगिक भूखंडों के आवंटन हेतु आवेदन एवं पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए संचालित किया जाता है।
This portal is operated to facilitate transparent online registration and allocation for approved industrial plots at Vedya Industrial Park (V.I.P), Panipat NCR, Haryana under the promoter Vedya Meditech Private Limited.
पात्रता / Applicant Eligibility
कोई भी भारतीय नागरिक, प्रोप्राइटरशिप फर्म, पार्टनरशिप, एलएलपी अथवा प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी जो औद्योगिक इकाई अथवा वेयरहाउसिंग/लॉजिस्टिक्स स्थापित करने के इच्छुक हैं, वे आवेदन करने के पात्र हैं।
Any Indian citizen of legal age, sole proprietorship, partnership firm, LLP, or registered private/public limited company intending to establish manufacturing, warehousing, or allied industrial operations is eligible to apply.
सही जानकारी एवं केवाईसी / Accurate Details & KYC
आवेदक को अपना नाम, पिता/पति का नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल, आधार संख्या, पैन संख्या तथा पते का पूर्ण व सही विवरण प्रदान करना अनिवार्य है।
The applicant must provide true, authentic, and complete personal and enterprise information. All uploaded KYC documents must be legitimate and verifiable.
पंजीकरण राशि एवं आवंटन / Registration Amount & Allocation
प्रत्येक औद्योगिक भूखंड के आवेदन हेतु प्रारंभिक पंजीकरण राशि ₹41,000/- (इकतालीस हजार रुपये मात्र) निर्धारित है, जो केवल आधिकारिक गेटवे अथवा अधिकृत बैंक चैनल से देय है।
An initial registration deposit of ₹41,000/- is required to submit an application. Plots are allocated transparently based on applicant eligibility, inventory availability (70 units), and scheme terms.
100% रिफंड गारंटी / 100% Refund Policy on Non-Allocation
यदि किसी आवेदक को भूखंड आवंटित नहीं होता है, तो जमा की गई संपूर्ण पंजीकरण राशि (₹41,000/-) बिना किसी कटौती के आवेदक के दिए गए बैंक खाते में 100% वापस कर दी जाएगी।
In the event of non-allocation of an industrial unit, 100% of the registration token amount (₹41,000/-) shall be refunded directly to the applicant's designated bank account without any deductions.
भुगतान अनुसूची / Payment Schedule
सफल आवंटन के उपरांत शेष भुगतान परियोजना के आधिकारिक स्वीकृति पत्र एवं भुगतान योजना के नियमों के अनुसार निर्धारित समयावधि में किया जाना अनिवार्य होगा।
Upon successful allocation, remaining installments shall be payable strictly per the official allotment schedule and verified project terms.
RERA अनुपालन / Haryana RERA Compliance
यह परियोजना हरियाणा रियल एस्टेट विनियामक प्राधिकरण (HRERA) के नियमों के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत है (रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर: HRERA-PKL-PNP-719-2025)। सभी अनुबंध व आवंटन प्रक्रियाएं हरियाणा RERA के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप संचालित होंगी।
The development operates in strict compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act and Haryana RERA authorities under registration HRERA-PKL-PNP-719-2025.
